Tong lau & older buildings

Window frames in tong lau and older buildings have often been in place for decades, and many are rusty, warped or no longer close properly. We make new aluminium windows to fit the existing openings, along with grilles, shower screens and doors, for window inspections or full renovations.

FAQs

Can you make windows for non-standard old openings?

Yes. Every window is made to your site measurements in our Zhongshan factory, so non-standard openings are not a problem. WhatsApp us the sizes and photos.

What if an older building needs a window inspection?

Private buildings aged 10 years or more must have their windows inspected regularly under the Buildings Department's Mandatory Window Inspection Scheme. Any repairs or replacements must be inspected and supervised by a qualified person; we can supply the windows and friction stays.

No. We manufacture and supply only. Once you have chosen your products, just ask your installer to use LE-RELAX. No installer yet? WhatsApp us and we can introduce one. To see the products first, visit our Tai Kok Tsui, Tuen Mun or Fo Tan store to see samples.
