FAQs

What windows are best for blocking noise?

Choose insulated or laminated glass with a larger casement or sliding window series for a better seal.

Does a failed window inspection mean replacing the window?

It depends. Worn friction stays can be replaced on their own, while a damaged frame may mean a new window. Under the Buildings Department's Mandatory Window Inspection Scheme, repairs must be inspected and supervised by a qualified person.

Does LE-RELAX install?

No. We manufacture and supply only. Once you have chosen your products, just ask your installer to use LE-RELAX. No installer yet? WhatsApp us and we can introduce one. To see the products first, visit our Tai Kok Tsui, Tuen Mun or Fo Tan store to see samples.
