Very few window factories process their own glass. In our Zhongshan factory we cut, edge, toughen, heat-soak, laminate and make insulated glass units, for LE-RELAX windows, doors and shower screens, or supplied on their own.

Heated to a high temperature and rapidly cooled, making it several times stronger than ordinary glass. If it breaks, it shatters into small granules, reducing the risk of injury.
Toughened glass is further treated in a heat-soak oven to weed out panes containing nickel sulphide inclusions, greatly reducing the chance of spontaneous breakage.
Two or more panes bonded with an interlayer. If it breaks, the fragments stick to the interlayer instead of falling, and it also reduces noise.
Two panes with a sealed air gap between them, for effective heat and sound insulation.
Low-emissivity or solar-control coating cuts the heat from the sun, keeping rooms cooler in summer and saving on electricity.
