FAQs

Can we replace just the friction stays after a window inspection?

Yes. Our friction stays are sold separately in many sizes, including Housing Authority specification stays. Under the Buildings Department's Mandatory Window Inspection Scheme, repairs must be inspected and supervised by a qualified person.

How do you quote for replacing the windows in a whole building?

Send us the window schedule, sizes and photos of the facade, and we will quote by series and quantity.

Can you quote from a designer's drawings?

Yes. WhatsApp or email us the drawings, a schedule of sizes or site photos, and we will quote by specification and quantity.
